A homebody and lover of all things cozy, romantic, and slightly disheveled, Margo Roth crafted a playroom with no shortage of whimsy. Using Non-Pasted wallpaper with a beautiful warm-toned foliage design as her base, Margo layered patterns to elevate the space by adding Linen Cotton Canvas curtains and a matching bench seat to complete the look. By adding thrifted treasures and precious trinkets with farmhouse charm, Margo successfully designed a playroom that both her and her daughter will be delighted to enjoy everyday.

Meet Margo Roth
Margo is a Winston-Salem, North Carolina–based creator who finds joy in the rituals of home. She lives with her husband, daughter, and a lively assortment of animals including five chickens, three dogs, three ducks, and a cat on their small urban farm. Together she and her husband run two local businesses in town, a coffee shop and bakery and a neighborhood bar. Her creative world centers on curating comfort through interior design, baking, gardening, and everyday homemaking. With a romantic, slightly rumpled sensibility, she fills her spaces with quilts, tulips, thrifted treasures, and layers of pattern. A devoted collector and enthusiastic host, Margo approaches home as both refuge and canvas, always searching for small moments of beauty tucked into everyday life.
